Mini Flush-Mount RFID Reader PP-22｜Multi-Card Compatibility & Reading Performance Verification (Customized Sample Test)

The PP-22 mini flush-mount RFID reader is designed for such scenarios, delivering practical reading capability while maintaining a compact form factor suitable for space-limited installations.
This video documents a customized sample verification process for a specific customer project. Prior to mass production, the R&D team produced customized samples and conducted functional verification under practical operating conditions. One customization requirement in this project was an enhanced buzzer alert when a card is successfully detected, improving operational feedback in designated environments.
 

Test Procedure & Video Overview

The video demonstrates reading tests using different card types, including DESFire, MIFARE, and NFC cards. Due to varying card characteristics, actual reading distances may differ among card types.
This test does not focus on comparing precise distance values, but rather verifies stable reading response and correct feedback under fixed test conditions, ensuring that the customized PP-22 design performs reliably as intended.
